I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT DO BUSINESS IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT.THEY SELL BOGUS EQUIPMENT AND THEN WHEN YOU BRING IT BACK THEY WANT TO REPLACE IT WITH MORE BOGUS EQUIPMENT.THEY THEN TRY TO TELL YOU THAT THEY TEST EVERYTHING BEFORE THEY TRY TO RESELL IT.

CHERYL CONLEY HORRIBLE BUSINESS OWNER NASTY ATTITUDE I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR ALMOST A YEAR I HAVE 5 KIDS AND 3 GAME SYSTEMS I HAVE BAUGHT A LOT OF GAMES FROM HER I HAD A DROOR PROBLEM WITH MY 360 PAID 50.00 DOLLARS 5 TIMES THIS YEAR FOR THE SAME PROBLEM THIS LAST TIMEIT WORKED FOR A DAY I BRAUGHT IT TO HER WITH MY CONCERN ASKED ME FOR A RECIPT I ASKED IF SHE HAD A COMPUTER RECORD BECAUSE I LOST MY RECIPT SHE SAID YES SHE HAS RECORDS OF THAT AND SHE REMEMBERS ME BUT SHE WONT HELP ME WITHOUT A RECIPT SCAM ARTIST I WILL NEVER GO BACK SHE WAS SNOTTY AND HAD A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE....STAY AWAY FROM HER BUSINESS .....PEOPLE THAT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OTHER PEOPLE LIKE THAT IS WHY THIS WORLD IS SO HARD TO LIVE IN SHE WONT BE IN BUSINESS MUCH LONGER TREATING PEOPLE LIKE THIS LOOK AT HER REVIEWS ITS NOT JUST ME ...GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.THANKS FOR READING.....................................................................................

Had to get the police involved in a business matter with this owner. They lost 2 of my son's games, admitted to it, then denied it a few days later and would not work with us to resolve the issue and make it right. Police report for theft was filed with them. Original repair that I paid $40 for on my son's XBox 360 STILL does not work. They did not give back the games which were valued at about $150. My son bought them with his own money and is upset about this. Owner of the business went back on his word and hid behind hisyoung inexperienced employees when confronted with this issue. DO NOT do business with them at ANY of their 3 stores in the area!!!! They are DISHONEST and make sure you get EVERYTHING they say in writing. DO NOT let them use your personal games to "test" their repairs on. Buyer BEWARE!!!!!!!!! SOOOO Disappointed!

I recently had my ipod touch screen cracked down the middle. I brought it in to game worlds and they fixed it on the spot. They had a technician there when I came in, so it only took 15 minutes and they charged much less than any other place in the rockford area. I am definitely going back there again. The employees were so friendly and really made me feel like I belonged there.
