Mark has done work for some of our other properties, which required multiple days worth of work. For advanced jobs that required Mark to justify his entire day to one job, it seems to be mutually beneficial - Mark can charge what he calls his "minimum" revenue for 1 day, and the property owner gets what they need. However, if you have a job that is not at least 1 entire work day, then Mark seems to push whatever he can to ensure a certain minimum of work. He does not disclose this. Upon several conversations about how he does business, I found out this is how he justifies small jobs, without having to juggle several (more than a few) appointments in one day. He told me one time "I used to optimize my day, but now customers have to pay premium" (he only confided me with that comment after we spoke about the value of each others' work to society). I disagreed with him on the spot, but I was cordial since he was still in my property doing work :) For this reason, I would highly suggest against using Mark and Prudential Plumbing.
