Teresa and her daughter ( her helper) came off very sweet and pleasant. They even offered babysitting services from the daughter which I considered! Not so sweet after Teresa almost burned my pool pump! Cost of pump $1800 (installed brand new last year). She didn't place the filter nozzle in filter position instead waste position (empties water from pool) . Filter ran for hours on dry. Working funny till this day ... She will not admit her fault because she thinks she's so good. She claims 20yrs of experience...BBB has her business registered only in 2010. Check BBB something I should of done before hiring... F rating on their site! They vacuumed my pool twice and I was going to have her come out weekly to get the pool going. After this incident I told her that I hope she understands why we will not be using her from now on. She started texting me nasty messages, arguing with me, and threatened she would bring back my pool debri back. It's sad that in her 20 yrs of experience she can't admit to a mistake she made and has no customer service when it boils down to her screwing up. Last time I'll be looking for services on craigslist!
