YB Plumbing Houston is all about solving your plumbing situation. Plumbers Houston seems to enjoy the challenge of solving plumbing problems. I had a big problem with my main sewer line. I had plumbers clear my drain 5 times in 4 monthes. Then the last drain Cleaning plumber said there was a serious problem in the pipe. He recommended A Better Plumbing Co. YB Plumbing Houston came out on a Sat. 2 hrs after Dan had called him. Plumbers Houston had a camera he put in the pipe and a device that told him where my problem was. It was near the street & about 6' deep in the ground. He gave me a quote to repair the pipe the following day & I had him do the job on Wend. because of call before you dig. The problem was exactly where his device told him it was. He & 2 of his Plumbers carefully removed the plants & cactus's in my front yard. They dug untill there was a huge pile of dirt. They put thick tarps under the dirt before they started. I thought that I was going to lose a large bush that blocked the view of the electric power box & was special to me ... solving your plumbing situation. I had a rinnai tankless water heater installed in my home and I love it. I had a few other quotes and the technician was just sooo much more informative than anyone else was. I felt very comfortable with them and will always use them in the future.

YB Houston Plumbing Service was called as a last resort since our other plumber was a no show. We thought we'd be really in a jam since we had a custom home with many non-standard plumbing products. But within the 1st 5 minutes we knew based on conversation we would probably be okay. The technician, Jay, was more than prepared in handling our questions and settled our nerves. The quickness of the work was even more impressive. We thought we had a week long project easily. Not so! They we're in and out in 1 1/2 days. Not bad considering it was a mini-mall hey were expected to refurbish and make look new before our Grand Opening. Guys if you ever need a verbal referral feel free to give us a call. We'd be happy to sing your praises!
