Thieves!!!! Took the money, didn't finish the work and then every time we tried to call, there was always an excuse. Sometimes the excuses were ridiculous- having surgery, I'm not Vincent, I can't remember your contract, and most times it went to voicemail. Seemed like a trust worthy guy but is nothing but rotten. DO NOT HIRE!!!!
