Joe, Morris and Charles, you are wonderful people who run a wonderful business. The food and presentation were wonderful. Joseph you ran our wedding perfectly and instructed everyone, as well as setting up everything. The staff is wonderful and full of smiles. Juan is a master chef, his dish we requested was delicious, as well as the rest of the food he prepared. Joe you did so much for us, you are a such a mensch and always composed. Anything we asked you always said "no problem," any problems we had you handled for us and left us at ease to enjoy our wedding. We love you and recommend you to anyone who needs a caterer, the Zami's are the best. We hope to do more business with you in the future.
