Sounds like I had the pleasure of the same type of experience everyone else has with Jon. I followed my company policy in response to his threat of "getting his legal department involved". I told him that we will wait to hear from his attorney and would have no further communication with him. He replied to the email stating that I "can go **** yourself you stupid c**** how dare you speak to me like that" Then, he proceeded to give my company a bad review on Yelp and BBB. I'm just waiting for the Google review to pop up too. I'd post a copy of the email here, if I could. Good luck to anyone who decides to have any sort of relationship with him.

Not sure much about this company, but a man from this company under the name Jon came to my place of business and left us a review giving us no actual feedback only calling us R*tards, stupid and cussing using the f word. I can't understand how someone like this could be employed, let alone someone dumb enough to use their work email to write a review like that; something like that really comes back on the company involved and makes them look very bad. I truly hope this is not how y'all deal your business.

Lying - disrespectful- name calling- false info on loads- JONATHAN seems like his life is bullshit since thats all he knows what to say- bad company- dont use them- poor people with no souls- seems like their lifes must suck- may god help you loosers-make good relationships with carriers be friendly - respectful and maybe your bullshit life would be better.
