Wow! These guys are amazing.... the best of the best, very hands on, responsible, personal service. Jack actually meets with vendors and gets the best service at the best prices, being a licensed contractor he knows his stuff, no one takes advantage of us. He knows what needs to be done and how to do it. Margie knows the homeowners, accounts and the Davis Stirling laws like the back of her hand. They are trusted advisors in Property Management. Oh, and they go to small clams court for delinquent owners with a very high collection record. By far the best management company I have ever come across. I have been selling Real Estate in San Diego for over 15 years. A+ company. Lucky HOA if you can get them to take your account. If only there were awards for best property management companies!!!! Thanks Jack & Margie! Tamara Bond Prudential CA Realty.
