If you ever need AC work done do not use David Taylor heating and Air!! Charged me $85 for a service call and then 89 more dollars to diagnose the problem ( I thought the $85 for a service call was to diagnose the problem!!) Charged me 89 more dollars to replace a surge protector that the tech would not produce the old one to show me that it was replaced. Then, actually told me that he didn't charge me to fix the short in my old thermostat which I was charged $100 to replace with the new thermostat that I had bought so why would you repair a short in a thermostat panel that was not going to be used!! I honestly hope this tech is not a reflection on how they do business!! It's all done now so there's nothing I can do but I would never recommend them to anyone!!!
