A customer sent this letter to our office on August 24 ,2012 and it reads.We called X-OUT EXTERMINATING INC. to our home because we were experiencing a BED BUG problem throughout our home. They came right away evaluated the problem.Upon there arrival they inspected the entire house and informed us what we needed to do before they start the treatment.After the 3rd treatment had been done we haven't seen any BED BUGS anywhere in our home. We had X-OUT treat our home 1yr. ago today !! I would recommend X-OUT EXTERMINATING INC to anyone because they are a professional and very caring courteous company.It's really great to see a service company with a caring attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.P.S customer requests to remain anonymous.
