I do not recommend this company, they own half of “Samari lakes Condominium” and they never helped me maintain my apartment. They don’t take care of their appliances or remodeled into new appliances, refrigerators are old and leaking, doors form bathroom are broken chipped and old. Cabinets are also old and some are broken so watch out! I’ve been there for 2 years and not ONCE they came to fumigate my house ( which apparently was included) you will be infested with cockroaches small and big (size of a Cheeto puff) DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Their management is horrible and never very attentive with their renters. They didn’t even let me search for an apartment last minute, they asked me to pay them another $700 (half of the rent) if I wanted to stay there 5 more days, very very messed up! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
