Had a terrible experience with them and have contacted the better business bureau. I ordered pictures of my daughter for a dance recital. After 6 weeks I still had not received them. Finally, Dan Fine sent me the tracking information. When I received the envelope there was a refund check dated the same day that I placed the order and only proofs of my pictures. He then sent me an email stating that he had deleted the pictures of my daughter.
