Advanced Telecommunications Communications and Zantess Telecommunications writes bad checks to employees who quit or are fired. They use a telemarketing script that fools potential business customers into believing they are AT&T and "calling about an issue with their bill". This angers many potential customers as they realize it is an unethical approach to gaining business. Many work for this company and earn next to nothing. I was one of the top sales people both at Zantess and Advanced but witnessed others who put every effort in work all week long to get a paycheck for $10, $20 and even nothing. I have seen my checks reduced 50% for lines that have fallen out. I would advise all to stay away and not to work for them. If you have worked for them and got a bad check and want to be part of a class action lawsuit please email your information. They could be liable for back wages even though they hire people as independent contractors. Many state governments including Nevada are working on laws or already have in place a litmus test to ascertain whether one is an employee or independent contractor. Nevertheless bad checks have been written and the company and those who run the company should be held responsible and compensate the free labor they received. Very bad company, if you are planing to work at ATI your waisteing your time! Their are not fair to the employees and they give bad checks. I try to call several times to get my tax papers from them but their number is disconected. I want my money from them the hours I work. I,ll never work for this company again!
