I really hate to plagerize or copy someone else's report but there is no way I could say it better than the first report posted. I am baffled!!! She claims to have extensive financial experience working for BofA for 25 years, but it turns out she is unprofessional and makes many false promises. She rarely returns calls or answers her phone. She was supposed to negotiate several credit cards and lines of credit for settlement and never returned their calls, so many of them are now taking me to court when I could have settled with them early on. She claimed she could get them down to .40 cents on the dollar based on my hardship and my wife has gotten them down to .15-.25 cents on the dollar with minimal effort and within 30 days.
