I really hate to plagerize or copy someone else's report but there is no way I could say it better than the first report posted. I am baffled!!! I read this and thought "Did I write this, no maybe my wife did?" Then I asked others who experienced Pam Lauer's services from K&P Financial. And they all thought I wrote it. This exact same thing happened to at least 5 others I know of plus myself. I watched the other 5 lose their homes. I am still trying to fix all the things she said she did but never did. She actually told me "NOT TO PAY MY MORTGAGE, THIS WILL HELP YOU GET YOUR HOUSE FOR FREE OR AT TODAYS APPRAISAL VALUE" This lady is dirty and would rob her own mother. I engaged Pam Lauer's services well over a year ago and I'm in a worse position now than when I first met her. She claims to have extensive financial experience working for BofA for 25 years, but it turns out she is unprofessional and makes many false promises. She rarely returns calls or answers her phone. She was supposed to negotiate several credit cards and lines of credit for settlement and never returned their calls, so many of them are now taking me to court when I could have settled with them early on. She claimed she could get them down to .40 cents on the dollar based on my hardship and my wife has gotten them down to .15-.25 cents on the dollar with minimal effort and within 30 days. She promised to supply me with Mortgage securitization audits that came with Bloomberg screen shots to obtain a mor
