I did not have a good experience. I ordered light bulbs through Amazon, and when they sent the wrong item (completely different from what I ordered) - they sent me a return authorization where I had to pay the cost of mailing their mistake back. This mistake cost me $5.60 for return postage. How is that fair when I never received the item I ordered, and had to send their mistaken item back?????

So far the experience sucks. They shipped my product by DHL Global mail. This means it transfers to the post office. I live rurally and everyone in town has a P.O. Box because there is no street delivery of mail. I may never see this product because it is addressed to my street address. This wa…

So far the experience sucks. They shipped my product by DHL Global mail. This means it transfers to the post office. I live rurally and everyone in town has a P.O. Box because there is no street delivery of mail. I may never see this product because it is addressed to my street address. This was for a machine that people with macular degeneration read. My friend will now have to suffer until we can get a bulb from somewhere else 60 miles away. That's a whole week away.
