Woodstock Yoga Center offers a range of asana steeped in tradition and rooted in the healing and transformative powers of Yoga. Woodstock's own spiritual ashram, right in the center of town! Woodstock Yoga Center offers a range of yoga asana steeped in Indian tradition, with a foundation rooted in the healing and transformative powers of Yoga. Our goal is to honor these ancient teachings while bringing them to you in an exciting and modern way. Owner Barbara Boris has been teaching for over twenty years and practicing for over thirty, and is the only Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor in Woodstock. She and other talented teachers offer decades of experience and a wide range of classes and styles, as well as events, workshops and private sessions and Indian Classical Music Concerts. To ensure that yoga remains accessible to all, many reduced-price community classes are offered each week. The studio also includes a newly expanded yoga boutique, where you can find yoga props and books, clothing, Young Living oils and other carefully curated items. Our doors are always open to explore the paths of grace and self-effort leading you to the light and love within.
