Frankly it's really sad that there are still builders out there like Sanford builders. I can only imagine what he does to people that don't know their legal rights. His workmanship is horrible. He doesn't want to come back and fix anything because he's already been paid. he installed the firebox in my house and it wasn't even installed properly. It clearly says it has to be 18 inches away from the wall and it's only 15 inches but he doesn't care because he's been paid so everybody out there thinking about using Mike Sanford. I would really think more than twice about it buyer beware
