New Home Warranty Inspections- This is an inspection for new home homeowners whose building warranties are about to expire. This enables the owner to submit a list to the builder for review or correction. Condominium/Townhome Inspections- The same quality inspection as above but often does not include attics, crawlspaces, or other common, shared areas.
