1st off the number isn't even right for this company... I called and spoke to Derrick at 443- 707-5429 and was quoted one cost to retrieve my car and then was charged 50 more in less than 24 hours when I arrived. This company needs to be fined or investigated for unethical practices. He was very rude, nonchalant, and hung up the phone on me. I will be reporting him to as many review companies as possible and contacting our board to contract with a different towing company.
