I'd go negative, if I could! Just a friendly heads up, I wouldn't recommend renting from Full House Holding LLC run by Kim Harris and Adam Rowling. If you already are, be smart like I was and document everything. Especially how you keep your home while living there. They like to try and stick you with the costs of their upgrades after you move out.

Hi there! Generally cleaning up your animal feces and urine is not considered an upgrade but just a basic human decency issue. Please reach out for photos if you need further proof of how absolutely horrendous the property was when you left!
