I would give a FAT ZERO if I could! First time we went in everything seemed legit, I get there to pick up my husbands gold chain and he has 3 receipts waiting. Said he has to go through more than one loan places to get it. After signing he puts up a necklace and earrings and said here you go. I told him immediately I did not like nor want it. I do not wear anything except my wedding ring. He told me to take it home and show my husband. He doesn't take no for an answer! he even bullies you on your way out, to leave a review on here. Jimmy is a scam artist! After I get home my husband looked at his chain and realized He switched out my husbands gold rope chain from 48 grams to a smaller one of 42.25, then passed off a necklace and earrings to me that are $200 dollar pair of earrings and a $199 necklace (listed on his website) for $2,800 lmao until I called him out on it!! Then when I went to take the seat back he says no refunds! We threaten to cash his supervisor and 2 days later says only exchanges, he pressured me into getting a 1 carat solitaire necklace with white gold. Called me 3 days later, went to pick up and guess what?! He handed me the necklace encased with white gold on a "sterling silver" chain! Tried passing it off as white gold! If you've bought jewelry here and you don't know your stuff I would have it checked immediately!! (Also, the Diamond was not even the full carat he said it was!) Do not do business here! His famous words, "NO REFUNDS" & "I'm not the owner" He is a CON!!! Here's your review Scammy Jimmy!!
