I honestly cannot say enough good things. After I decided which homes I was interested in, Charles promptly set up showing times to accommodate my schedule. Thanks a lot! From the beginning, Charles laid out a plan and explained to us in detail about what needed to be done to the property. What's better is that we ended up saving some money by doing most of the work ! Frankly, it amazes me how quickly and effectively he handles everything.

There are not enough positive words to describe how incredible Blueland Properties is! Our relative recommend Charles which they use as their realtor 2 yrs ago and they had a very good experience, we thought he was too good to be true.. Turns out, they were spot on! He went above and beyond our expectation. Dealing with his is a wise decision.
