WeCare Community Services is a Group home for Adults with Intellectual Disabilities. The mission of WeCare Community Services is to provide safe, caring, efficient, effective nurturing and developmentally appropriate person centered services for adults with disabilities. WCCS will provide clean, healthy and therapeutic environment in which the individual optimizes their level of functioning and will obtain normalization in their lives. Individuals will be encouraged to make choices and maintain a positive relationship with their family and the community. The population served will be individuals 18 years or older with a primary diagnosis of a Mental Disability (mild or severe) and may or may not have a secondary diagnosis of chronic mental illness.
