We hired Jace to build a 40x60 shop with three overhead doors, five windows, and a walk-in door. Additionally, we wanted a 10x40 awning. The shop has 16 ft sidewalls. We wanted it insulated, so we could heat it in the winter. It was supposed to take two months, to build, after construction started (it took five months). The foundation is below grade in the front. The building is mounted to the foundation with deck screws and sheet metal brackets (not engineered brackets with bolts) which creates a pivot point for the posts. There is no angle support to help keep the frame square against high winds. We cannot heat the building, because it is improperly insulated. The walk-in door is installed incorrectly (door frame only anchored top and bottom). The windows leaked from improper installation (the trim was not formed to make a gutter at the top). Jace refuses to correct these issues and will not talk to us. The list goes on. Our apology, this review was meant for Griswold Construction in Billings MO.
