We are a retail incubator that work with start up businesses to help get them established and figure out how the local market responds to their items. You rent space from us and you have the benefit of a great location with a Liberty Street Storefront and 4 large display windows. Everything is included in your rent here so you don't have utilities to pay and you don't have to be here all the time to run your business.
