Pendyk Plumbing was referred to us through our Home Warranty Program. The technician that came out worked very quickly and had assured us the plumbing was correct. After they left, both the toilet and shower are completely flooded and we are unable to use this bathroom entirely. After calling Pendyk Plumbing to try to get in touch with Ted Pendyk, the owner, for a full week, he finally answered. He made it clear that they were not going to fix the issue even though they hadn’t fixed it the initial time and will not come out again to assess the situation until we pay again. When speaking over the phone, Ted continued to undermine me and did not understand why I was frustrated with the situation. It’s obvious this guy only cares about his bottom line and not about his clients whatsoever. I would never recommend Pendyk Plumbing to anyone and will tell my Home Warranty Service about this incident and Ted’s handling of the situation.
