I called and spoke to Mike, the owner about used tires. The building is nothing to speak of , no fancy waiting room with a TV, or walls of snacks or magazines, but the professionalism, helpfulness, honest and friendly staff made up for it. There was a problem with the lug nut, a common issue with my car, Mike and his staff got the part, and fixed it on the spot for me, service like this is what will bring me back to Akron Tire Exchange for my next set of tires. I would highly recommend this business.
