About Our Studio Life In Balance Yoga is located in downtown Hanover. We are offering clients a place to learn and practice yoga in a peaceful, calm environment. Our studio is located on the first floor of an 1840's era Victorian building. Our teachers have completed the minimum of a 2oo hour Yoga Alliance Registered school program and continue their education of yoga through workshops and their own personal practices. Our teachers have completed the minimum of a 2oo hour Yoga Alliance Registered school program and continue their education of yoga through workshops and their own personal practices. Each teacher has their own unique style that allows you to find a teacher that you can connect with personally. Our classes are small reaching capacity at 14 but often are much smaller allowing for a lot of personal attention.
