Our condo association employs this management company. Today I sent an email sharing many of the grievances we have been dealing with for some time. I was met with a response that shamed me for not being on the mortgage (my husband is, I also pay toward, but really?), told to join the board and do it myself, ALL CAPS yelled at about my issues and was threatened with a slander lawsuit. I cannot believe the unprofessional response and lack of care this company exhibits. Lesson 1: client is unhappy...don’t shame them and then threaten a lawsuit. Maybe try to right the wrongs.
