My 2013 Toyota has seal damage around the windshield but the the glass is fine. I took it in to the dealer and they gave me Velez as a referral. I called and spoke with Oscar about my situation and sent picture/VIN for my car. He told me he would price a replacement seal and get me a quote. After 2 days of not hearing back I texted. Now 10 days later, still nothing. Even the dealer service manager called them. A company not following up with a customer is a good reflection of the company as a whole. I would not recommend this one!
