John Clark is the worst property manager ever. Repairs consistently take 2-3 weeks to complete, sometimes longer. He ignores and does not return phone calls. I have never seen anyone less deserving of their job. Complaint letters have been sent to Win-win with no response. I have not been able to reach anyone about him to let them know what a poor job this man is doing. NEVER rent a property from this "company"!!
