Eric also held position as CEO of The Connor Homes Group and facilitated the restructuring of the Company and its debt after the economic down turn and crash of the Real Estate market. Eric had a successful career that covered a vast array of real estate development at both Polygon and Connor. During his tenure he specialized in land acquisition,master-planned community development, product design , apartment development, mixed use residential, high density residential, urban infill, Class "A" office,commercial, retail development, assisted living,and medical office development.
