Horrible customer service. Hotline is a joke. The hotline workers are clueless. You get put on hold for atleast a hour just for them to hang up , or send you to the wrong voicemail. Seaford Delaware location is ghetto. Dirty. Workers & clients are rude & loud. Ive waited two months for my medication. They insist I see a counselor to which I've seen three times. Yet if I had a needle in my arm Id have medicine that day! Since Im not a junkie I dont get help!!!! F!ck you connections csp!!
