When I was employed here, the current GM, Richard, physically assaulted me including strangulation. I went directly to the owners, and instead of fulfilling their legal obligations as our employers (including notifying the police), they held an in-house meeting with him requesting he not physically assault me again. This meeting would go on to repeat itself as did the physical abuse. When I inevitably walked away from the company, they IMMEDIATELY promoted him to general manager and gave him the power to deny me a professional reference after 6 years of loyal employment and the majority role in Global's startup. Please don't spend your hard-earned money here with his continued employment. Protect your daughters! Don't let this happen to them.
