Check their BBB complaints before doing business with them. Wish I looked into this company before doing business with them,

Was so pleased I had to write a good review for them. I was originally recommended to them by a friend who used their services in the past. Contacted them and spoke to Robert who was very nice. He recommended that I buy their repair service from the advertisement at www.germanaudiotech.net and then mail it in. I went a long time without being able to read the digital odometer readout, and once registration came due, it was required. They did a fantastic job repairing my 2005 Range Rover's instrument cluster gauges. It is like-new new.. Very satisfied and I recommend German Audio Tech.

Nothing but a SOLID REPORT on German Audio Tech and Robert. I took my computer for my 850 along with my friends computer for his 850 to Robert to have repaired. I drove from Laguna Beach to Long Beach handed both units off and in less than 90 minutes they both were repaired. Both units are like brand new now! Thanks Robert!

You guys are absolutely AWESOME. I got my unit back today and it looks and works like brand new. I never imagined that I would get it back so quick. I will definitely use you again, and let others that have similar problems know about your service. Great experience!! Again, you guys are AWESOME.

Great Experience!! Was able to have my 2002 Mercedes G500 instrument cluster fixed back to new. It did not take long at all. Customer support was good, good communication. Very nice to deal with! Would recommend

German Audio Tech has provided exemplary service at competitive prices. They first repaired the MID module on my 2002 BMW E39. The local BMW dealer Parts Specialist and Service Manager both agreed with me that it looked better than new. This module is no longer available as an OEM service part and salvage yards / web auction sites want $6-800 for a problem prone replacement. Same part = same problem, right? Age not necessarily mileage kills these things. My 2002 only has 28K miles on the odometer. It is another familiar electronics decay story of not if, but when will it fail. All of these displays will ultimately fail. Expertly repaired and bench tested at GAT. Every function worked and displayed accurately when reinstalled. Perfect back-lighting and brilliant, crisp display in the brightest of sun. Part was shipped from Michigan to California, repaired within hours, shipped back the same day for a total turn around time of 5 business days. Incredible responsiveness and customer service from German Audio Tech. A couple of weeks later the LCD's in E39 began pixelating and dropping out complete columns of of the lower instrument cluster display. Several sections of the display became nearly unreadable and dim. Once again the round trip including bench repair and testing from mid-America totaled 5 days. These guys offer the best service and a lifetime warranty. Confidently go with the best and skip the rest.
