James Toto Was my Investment past partner on a project in Toms River He did same with me He was a no show and never finished project was paid and owes me over $250K A little bit about this creep ..... filed 2 times champ "7" in 20 years arrested 3 times for DWI 2017-2018 Owes all vendors all kinds of money they are still contacting me YTD he closes corporations his latest is Toto Home builders LLC which he opened under his sons name beware hiring do any type business with this individual I am in ligation with Mr Toto and would appreciated any other parties that where scammed by him or his company would love to hear from you please ( Issac feel free to contact me [email protected] ) I believe these are criminal offences as well and need more victims to come forward to pursue to district attorney..My advise to all dont do business & run away
