We used PCTronics to redo our entire network. We have reclaimed so much lost productivity with our new network. We are on the Cloud and my employees can access their work from anywhere. During and after Hurricane Sandy we never lost computer time. Our data was safe out west and my employees were able to be productive as soon as the storm was over. We truly didn't miss a beat. It was like night and day for us compared to after Hurricane Irene when we lost a week's work because we couldn't get access to our own database.
Our company and our network have slowly grown over time. As we needed new software or new PCs we just added it. That left us with a hodgepodge of solutions that didn't always play well with each other. It wasn't until Joe and Sandra from PCTronics came that we even learned about all the technology options available to us. Seeing how productive we are now, I find it hard to understand how we were able to work in the past.
We also utilize PCTronics for our helpdesk now. We used to spend so much time trying to figure out answers to problems as they arose, now we are getting spoiled with the answer being only a phone call away. My partner and I used to be the firm helpdesk. Now he and I actually get to work and generate business instead of resolving every minor computer issue.
I know this review sounds a little like a TV infomercial. But, this is the honest truth. My entire firm could not be happier with our new system. I truly reccommend PCTronics to anyone I know who has technology issues.
