Actually, I'm having a hard time getting these people to espond to basic customer service issues. I am at the point where I may just get in the car and go to their office. Their published number is disconnected, another directs you to their website, and none is responding to multiple emails and messages on their website. I give them 1 star for cute little card readers and one for contract-free card processing, but a BIG FAT ZERO stars for a lack of basic customer service. It's really bad to treat business people this way. We depend on cash flow and when you disrupt the cash flow of a small business it causes a ripple effect. Perhaps a few thousand dollars is of no consequence to Jack Dorsey but to us minions it means our employees can feed their kids. Get it together Square, your customer "service" is horrific. If you think this is the lonely rant of some bitter disgruntled harumph, check out Better Business Bureau where they are reporting almost 700 complaints in three years! That must be some sort of record! James
