I own a 2nd home in Wellington for the season. I had the same company as I did in NY and never questioned my policy till it increased nearly 200% for no reason. I called Judy at his office and we went over my whole Homowner's policy. Turns out my old agent never told me about a new Inspection I could have that took into account my hurricane windows and other protections. I could have been saving myself 1000s for years if I had found this agency sooner.
