Buyer beware. Do not use this this company. They are dishonest, misleading and they lack integrity. They will tell you they will do something, and not take accountability when it’s not done correctly or not done at all even though it was quoted and put in writing. They always have excuses. They will charge you more than they originally quoted and again, put the blame on you. Do your research…we are not the only one to complain about this company. It seems as though the pattern of complaints are similar from being told numerous times there is a 3-4 month build time and it not being completed until months later…ours took 9 months, and what a disaster. I wish we would have researched in more depth…BBB, Yelp, etc…. We have been trying to get numerous issues resolved since ours was delivered (over a year) and they don't acknowledge or have the courtesy to return calls. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
