I paid for an hour massage and Rosa gave me a 42 minute oil rub down when I asked for a deeper massage. There is no manager on site and they do not know when one will be around. Calling them is not consistent I don't think it's a landline business number. They do not run a proper business. When I called asking for a manager to complain they hung up on me.
