Keep your kids safe from these monsters! We came upon the opportunity for our family portrait with an old western flair to commemorate my son's first fair. My son was manhandled, then verbally abused by Holly Smith and if that wasn't enough,, we then got a full demonstration from her father Steve Bennett of a first class bully with total disregard for other humans which he has obviously shared with his daughter. I peeked out from a changing room, about to prepare for a family photo, as I heard my normally relaxed 20month old son crying hysterically. Holly came up behind him and without so much as a "hello"grabbed my petrified son's arm and held onto it with a closed grip fist trying to stuff it in a coat and overpower him as he drew away and clung to his father crying hysterically. My husband tried to take my son's arm away from her grasp, asking her to stop. She disregarded my husband, telling him "this is how we do it". I flew to my son's side to interrupt the disrespect and physical assault on my son, saying"there is no need to make this traumatic, just communicate and he will allow his father or I to dress him with ease". From the time my son was manhandled until I got away from them 10 min later, we were berated insulted, personally attacked, and had the refund I demanded thrown at us.Steve shook in a rage, screaming personal insults at my family just inches away from my ear while I held my terrified son. "Appalling" seem beyond inadequate to describe their behavior.
