Sorry to say I have had a poor experience with Ann. My father recommended Ann and she came to our home and gave us an estimate. In April 2018 I emailed her to say we would like to hire her to complete the refinishing of our partner desk. I also called her a few times and emailed her at least 3 more times and still have not received ANY RESPONSE at all. I understand a person can be busy, have personal issues or maybe thinks the jobs might be to small but at least be professional enough to answer an email of a phone call. I usually do not write bad reviews, but 3 months later my recommendation is to hire someone else.
