PAT SCHNEE FLOORING 0/5 Stars DO NOT RECOMMEND The master bath shower in the home we purchased leaks. We did a flood test in March, per a contractors suggestion, to see if it was a pipe leak or a lining leak, and very quickly found out it was a lining leak which means it was an installation error. Pat Schnee flooring is who installed the shower and he will not return our calls to fix his error. A leak test is something he should have done before and after he laid the tile, which he apparently did not do as it was less than 5 minutes of the shower floor being full of water before we had a massive puddle in our basement. We were quoted $6k by another company to fix PAT's mistake but also told that it should technically be repaired on HIS dime since he failed to do the proper testing during installation. We spoke to him about this once in Feb 2020, and have tried calling again several times since doing our own flood test in March 2020 and he will no longer answer any of our calls or call us back.
