Called to inquire why my portable toilet was not cleaned for two week even though we agreed (and I paid for) weekly service. Employee began to raise his voice at me when I asked if I would be partially refunded due to service not being provided. Don't use this company!!! Poor customer service and rude employees. Tough guys on the phone.
