Tiki Kayak Tours in Vero sold my family a kayak for my brother who is 21 and recently returned from the army. They did so without informing us it was a youth kayak with a 150 lbs carrying capacity, but simply that it was a "short" kayak. We went to use it and it essentially sinks and fills with water. After explaining this and requesting a trade in or refund, he refused and his response was "I'm not a retailer." Additionally he did not return any of my father's calls or e-mails, so I had to call on my personal phone to get a response. Buyer beware, I would not recommend this business to anyone.
