Horrible ownership. Called them to report a driver failing to stop pulling into traffic, almost causing an accident. Female who answered the phone was very flip and unconcerned so I requested to speak to someone else who may actually solve the problem, and was told to "F" off. Called back, man answered, who identified himself as just a driver, refused to give me any contact information for an owner and when I explained it was a safety issue with the driver in a truck with their company name and phone number on it, he said he didn't care. I asked if he did not care about safety he said nope oh, but they have my phone number and know who I am... A little bit threatening...

Terrible customer service. I was quoted a price from a company that they regularly deal with and Kevin Baines, the OWNER, rudely replied saying that he was not interested; instead of offering his running price. Right after, he hung up on me without saying good bye. I will never deal with this company again, and will be spreading the word of my experience. Don't spend your hard earned money at a company that doesn't look to take care of you or show an ounce of respect.
