I recommend you not rent comercial property from Tin Cup LLC. Our experience was horrible. The property was constantly in disrepair. The landlord has little regard for his tenants even if they pay him months of rent in advance and are never late. He treats Tennants like he treats his property, poorly. Worse he has to always be right, even when he is dead wrong. Renter beware. Talk to your realtor or other realtors about how poor his reputation is.
