Moraca Builders renovated the property next to me, and during that renovation unlawfully trespassed upon my property and removed valuable trees and shrubs from my property. They also violated the Architectural Standards of the local Association -- when confronted with the violation, the VP claimed he was unaware of the rules existed (despite managing a construction company).
