I don't know how anybody could write a bad review about brad! We have been his tenants for 8 years this February and he has been an outstanding landlord! Anything needed fixed he had the people here to do it ASAP! I'm very sad to see him leave as my landlord but he deserves the best life forward! I rented an apartment with Brad Goodrich/AMA Realty for over 4yrs and had an outstanding experience. When any issues arose, he was always very responsive and quick to take action. He never missed a beat when it came to any issue with general maintenance around the property, and was all around helpful in matters that didn't directly involve him. One word is all you need SLUMLORD!!!!!! Rent with someone else unless you enjoy bugs in your apartment and never getting things fixed. Brad is a JOKE of a man.
